During our first trip to Ireland we stopped in a tiny, charming little village on our way to see the Connemara. While I shopped for some local cheeses and meats for a late morning snack, Kyle took a break to soak up some small town atmosphere. When I walked out of the grocer's she looked so beautiful that it quite simply took my breath away. I hurriedly snapped this shot (well not this shot, I cropped and edited the snapshot to improve the perspective) in order to preserve the moment.
Every village we drove thru had its own unique charm and character. For four wonderful days we drank in the colors and sounds of small town Irish living. With every breath time seemed to pause and savor the richness and peace of the Emerald Isle. Those days seemed to last forever, and yet they were gone too soon. It may have helped that we were falling in love with each other, even as we fell in love with Ireland.

Hi Lynn
This is pretty awesome. I have been showing a lot of the pictures to my geography and history classes. Denis, my foreign exchange student from Belgium
thought they were great. He recognized a lot of the places. He only lives about 15 miles from Liege.
I will use a lot of these. I will post comments occasionally. Take care of yourself. Maybe I will get to meet Kyle sometime.
Hi Lynn
I have been on Kyle's trekearth photos. They are awesome. I showed some of them in my classes and the students really enjoyed them. Denis, my student from Belgium really enjoyed the pictures of Belgium. He lives about 15 miles from Liege and had seen a lot of these places. I will continue to use them and drop a comment from time to time. Take care of yourself and I hope to meet Kyle sometime. God Bless.
